The road to healthy is an endless journey.

I hope overweight people understand the importance of losing weight is not so they look better, but for their health so that they can live an improved lifestyle. I just hate that when people are overweight they try to make excuses, and worse they try to justify it by aligning it with things like happiness or they try to boost their confidence by saying they’re proud of their body. With that said, I am not judging you for how you got to that state, but think about how much better you’ll feel losing all that extra mass. You’ll enjoy life better.

I don’t want to hear anyone saying that I’m fat shaming either. Think of how limited an obese persons life is.

To add having strong adductor muscles (inner thigh) is SO vital to avoiding knee issues if you’re a runner!! I didn’t work my adductors out ever and on my fifth half marathon I collapsed at mile 12 and haven’t been able to run more than 3 miles since.  *Please* reblog this, especially if you’re a runner!
